Simple Cooking Tips for your franks and burgers.

Beef Franks- Pour ½” amount of water in a frying pan.  Bring water to a boil and introduce the franks.  Steam for 5 minutes and serve on a fresh bun.

Beef Burgers-Switch grill on high and brush burgers with olive oil and sprinkle with grounded pepper and sea salt.  Grill until golden brown and slightly charred (about 4 minutes).  Flip and finish grilling for another 2 minutes.  Remove from the grill and let settle for about 2 minutes to allow juices to seep into the meat.
